Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn, with tags attached
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non‑Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before requesting a return.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original product. Once approved, you can place a new order separately.
EU Cooling‑Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
